About Us

We, Jeff and Kim Greissman, decided to migrate west of DC in 2017 for the slower pace and gorgeous topography Western Loudoun had to offer. Both of us had a passion for the land and fertile soil of northern Virginia, as well as a dream for a sustainable farm to nourish our family's bellies and spirit. As a result, Jake Farm was born. Soon after, neighbors, friends and family began requesting more of our farm-raised and harvested meats for their families. As a result, we decide to open up our farm to the local community and share our bounty with all who may desire the farm-to-table lifestyle. 

Our growing farm is nestled on the ridge of the Appalachian Mountains and focuses on sustainably raised Berkshire pork, beef, chicken and eggs. Our family-run farm is shared with daughters Ellie and Ashley Griessman, hence the name:
